Of course no one would vote for that, so they had to rig it to make it happen. Most people in the Army would get kicked out if they had a push up requirement, or pull up requirement, or stair climbing requirement. Those are the people with "power", it's like getting medical advice from a fat fuck or snake oil salesbitch like Fraudci, or Bill Gates. Those people are as weak mentally as they are physically and if it wasn't for nepotism and relation to the parasite class, they'd be nowhere in life.
