Here are some stats that are easy to look up:

People killed falling in ice/snow in 2019: 171 People killed falling off a bed in 2019: 1,050 People killed falling off a chair in 2019: 314 People killed falling off a ladder in 2019: 529 People drowned in a bathtub in 2019: 571 People who choked to death on food in 2019: 1,643 People killed by all types of rifles (including AR15) in 2019: 364
