It's not even remotely true. You can't sue a gun manufacturer for someone else committing a crime, just as you can't sue a car manufacturer for a criminal intentionally running someone over. This is true of every industry, but anti-gun (((activists))) tried to wage lawfare against the right of self defense.
And to add to that, you CAN sue a gun manufacturer for selling a faulty gun resulting in injury. Why does Joe think they have product recalls every other year.

Who should be way easier to sue for indirect externalizes is the government. Every one of use should be suing the government into absolute non-existence over funding gain of function. Complaining about gun manufacturers as being reckless just seems silly by comparison.
