This is why my other comment was they had to make a new wallpaper since it was obvious to me they made the wallpaper with a large png icon they found then made it into a single layer for him to remember what the icon looked like.
You can see the chrome icon blurred on the bottom panel the most left of regular icons and likely off the screenshot since it's not the full desktop as we can see the right side is cutoff and the right side no start menu icon either.
As for the whoever put them there knows what they are doing that is likely a copy of dads wallpaper put up just to make this image for us to laugh at is pretty obvious since the utorrent is not dumb dad program.
If the Utorrent was on dads computer dad unlike them would download the wrong things and get busted for it, so they'd uninstall it for dads safety including having dads PC downloading ransomware, God forbid.
I suspect the person has a Linux install also, and uses the Utorrent to get another distro when windows fucks the boot up or the Linux crashes to hard to bother fixing vs replacing with a new install.
I speak from personal experience from before I deleted windows in 2016 I messed up linux to simply learning and trying shit I shouldn't have but it was my own install and my own cost free repair so no fowl.

That's why I'm not convinced. Because we all know dad would sit there clicking mindlessly at the icon wondering why it's not working. Everything else is pretty much exactly why I think it's fake, but not gay: as it's probably what I'd do; just, you know: for realsies.
I think someone would tell him dad it's not a real icon it's just there to remind you with some silliness of the pointing added. As for not gay so true and a real parent would laugh if they honestly admitted they kept forgetting and if told the time put into the wallpaper they'd appreciate their child lovingly with humor taking that time just for them, at least that's what I'd like think since I'd realize that sacrifice of time to make me less guilty feeling calling them all the time and just have it there for me. :D
You have said nothing I disagree with. However: it would have been a pro-move to make it a real icon, instead of a pic. That's all. If they did recreate it on their own PC, for the sake of a joke: they're dumb for not just taking a screenshot of the original.
