Unions are bullshit.
They used to have a purpose. They used to be good. Now all they are is a self serving lobby group for their own ends.
I was in a union free job, had 28 days of paid leave I used however I wanted and a choice of three insurance companies. In cones a union and I have 5 days of paid leave with specific sick days etc and one insurance option. The union owned stock in said insurance option.
They are not for you.

Unions were always bullshit. They co-opted the workers struggle and used it for their own power. (((They))) would create division where none existed inorder to fleece the worker or exacerbate existing conditions for that same purpose.
