It can run windows 10 in 2001, that's impressive.
I loved xp that would likely run on that but windows10 is never impressive. Sad and controlling, slow your new hardware to a crawl but never impressive.
I mean to say it's an impressive feat because it requires traveling back from the future...
The 32-bit windows 10 really, really chugs. 4 gb ram ought to be enough to do basic things.. but not if you're running on win 10.
Yeah windows and linux are being purposely made to slow down hardware that should make them run like lightening but they make it so it's all intergrated so the large dead slow shit makes the fast shit be dragged down slower. I think it's time to have a new distro of linux where only the stuff needed is added and the gui is fast and works right. Heck someone make the 2016 linux work again with the apps back then and no new useless shit added.
I think they're making linux and hardware like the lightbulb, purposely slow so they can sell new shit in the promise that it will be faster this time. Basically planned hamstringing of speed so the billionaires can drain our wallets in the promise of the quick speed.
In Mint I had to change a setting that was purposely making the start menu pause for almost a second then it was instant like in 2016 on a slower machine.
