The generational pact is the desire to make it better for your kids.
Boomers do not wish it better for their kids.
For the first time in history a generation wished it worse for their kids.
Thus breaking the generational pact.
Of course the other shoe is about to drop.
Don't support your kids, your kids don't support you.
My parents have been wonderful to me and I will take care of them in turn. But for the rest of Boomers...
...I hope all their kids out them in shitty nursing homes where they spend a decade getting abused by shitskins.
I know of a few exceptions to the rule. But yeah, make jokes of spending ALL the inheritance they got from their parents, leaving nothing to our generation, and I probably won't be mourning at the funeral.
