You only lose to others if you let them win.
People of good faith lose badly until they understand the game the leftists are playing. It is hard to believe at first that others can be so contemptible and manipulative, so they get the benefit of the doubt, of which which they take full advantage, grandstanding, smearing, lying and insulting. That is the only way they win, at least until they can get state power on their side.
If they're willing to use covert executions if they're desperate enough, or offended enough, what do you do with such an opponent?
Such an opponent should suffer the fate of any other pathological organism without redeeming features. Unfortunately, that only makes their case stronger, and gives an excuse to others like them to increase their oppression. The most effective way is to deny them legitimacy, take part in a mass movement against them, demoralize them, excoriate them, expose them and mock them until they no longer can pursue their vile ends.
