When you don't have a leg to stand on, nitpick, you won't win the argument but you'll look like a dumbass.
You won't win the argument in a rational sense, but that is not what these scumbags are trying to do. They are grandstanding to an audience that is not operating at a logical level of thinking, but at a primitive level of emotion and signaling. It is the bullshit principle - the more obtuse the garbage they come up with in reply, the harder it is to answer, and that makes the opponent look bad! So they win.
You only lose to others if you let them win.
People of good faith lose badly until they understand the game the leftists are playing. It is hard to believe at first that others can be so contemptible and manipulative, so they get the benefit of the doubt, of which which they take full advantage, grandstanding, smearing, lying and insulting. That is the only way they win, at least until they can get state power on their side.
