We just had "bias training" at work. I brought up the fact that not all bias is bad. For instance, I have a bias for honesty and hard work. The "trainer" did a lot of stuttered hand waving and moved on quickly....
This type of stuff shows who is truly programmed, and who are the true critical thinkers. Scanning the faces in the group I could totally differentiate between the cult believers, the go-along-to-get-along gang, and the free thinkers just by how they were looking at the "trainer".

"Being smart and thinking for yourself" doesn't mean going around your workplace "sticking it to the libs". I've worked with guys like this. Sure I got along with them great and they were hilarious but then they got booted out the door for starting shit with all the other faggots (which was also hilarious).

Anyone who has a problem with stirring the pot about HR related bullshit is a faggot. You think I'd conduct myself like that in any other circumstances? I spent a year and half at that job and was promoted to a plant manager position.
But when I revealed that I was resistant to "bias training", suddenly I'm terminated "without reason". 1/8 of the employees walked when they found out. I must be a real asshole for people to give up a potential career just to stand with me on principle.
I’m old enuf to remember, every couple of years I’d be subjected to the latest buzz word training my company shelled out big bux for. It’s been happening forever, it’s just on steroids in the last 6 years..in response to trump? I’m not sure but the timing lines up.
I always question if the "trainers" have any concept of social engineering and that they are just a part of the massive propaganda complex.

Universities train these people to be activists when they go into the workforce. They couldn't be happier fulfilling their purpose. In their mind they are heroes who are fighting racism and injustice.
