Weird thing is women let you know they're having problems or will be a problem. A woman cut her hair short at work so I ask a couple of female co-workers "Did Maria's boyfriend dump her?" That startled them so they ask how I knew. I said it was because of her short hair cut, she had made herself ugly because that's how she felt on the inside. Another female co-worker lost around 50 pounds and I said watch her now, she'll have an affair and cheat on her husband. All the women say I'm wrong but a month later one of them comes up and tells me I had been proven right.

Long hair, healthy skin, and a physically fit body are the most obvious indicators of overall physical/mental health and vitality. They're also an aesthetic compliment to ones fertility/virility. Whether married or single, when a woman cuts their hair short similar to what's depicted in the meme, they do so as a threat warning.

Much like poisonous animals with neon colored skin, it's to warn other people from approaching them. Most women who do this are in the midst of psychiatric distress. They're best avoided and referred to trained professionals to engage.
