Both are bad. It used to be just neckbeard male-types that were addicted to digital stimulation. However, this sort of media has expanded to all demographics, and therefore everyone is influenced by it in some manner.
I think this comic is more about the hypocrisy of women and not so much about men and video games. You can see that he's accompanying her and doing chores with her while never complaining about her phone addiction, but oh no, how dare he goom while he's got some free time. With that said, you're definitely right about digital stimulation affecting all demographics. The nu-males of today are just as addicted with being on their phones all the time probably browsing reddit and swearing at conservatives on twitter.
Not much difference then watching tv and that has been widespread for decades.
TV is pretty stimulating, but less so than video games/phone apps like TikTok. In both cases, the brain will adapt and come to expect this level of stimulation as a baseline. This then makes it harder for the individual to focus on more monotonous activities like reading, studying, working, and so on. On the flip side, removal of these activites will also reset the brain and give it a greater endurance relative to the more boring activities.

Yes, but I am speaking broadly and beyond the scope of this comic. There are plenty male addicts of the Digital Jew, just as women.
