Which air has the highest pressure, is not the deepest water the stillest water? At sea level we are surrounded and filled by air pressing down on us from all angles at 14.7 pounds per square inch. The weight of the entire atmosphere rushes to fill every pore and cavity of your body. It does this by standing still. It is only when you flow that air escapes, you have to force the air out, it keeps filling you without doing anything but being. All the motion that we experience without moving is more than we can comprehend, yet we don't see it, every force balances out to stillness, every hurricane and rain shower all balance to stillness.
Flow and stillness are the same, they lead to each other, once found the duality and how they nourish each other, the process can commence. So sayeth reality, we compare, and contrast, pay attention to what is important, neglect what we fear.
A cavity out of form; being filled up by gas/liquid (also form)...all transmuted out of flow (out of energy in motion). Energy in form represents potential; energy in flow represents potentiality.
We are both at once are we not? It certainly appears that we both possess form and flow, for form is function, and function is the path of flow.
STILLNESS, noun - "freedom from noise or motion". a) free/dom(inance) implies momentum of motion; b) noise (sound; resonance) implies communication between momentum and motion, and c) to perceive (yet lack to comprehend) stillness also implies adaptation to motion. Still does not exits; neither do "empty" or "nothing". These are all suggested terms to corrupt comprehension of motion.
Denial of reality will get us nowhere. I have demonstrated beyond doubt, that the tendency of stillness is to flow to the void. Exhale NOW! Try to resist the still air from filling the void you have attempted to create in vain. Your own resistance to stillness creates flow, air in air out. That breath is flow is stillness is energy, that very flow fills your lungs with oxygen allowing the furnaces in your cells to exchange their energy for your flow.
