Which air has the highest pressure, is not the deepest water the stillest water? At sea level we are surrounded and filled by air pressing down on us from all angles at 14.7 pounds per square inch. The weight of the entire atmosphere rushes to fill every pore and cavity of your body. It does this by standing still. It is only when you flow that air escapes, you have to force the air out, it keeps filling you without doing anything but being. All the motion that we experience without moving is more than we can comprehend, yet we don't see it, every force balances out to stillness, every hurricane and rain shower all balance to stillness.
Flow and stillness are the same, they lead to each other, once found the duality and how they nourish each other, the process can commence. So sayeth reality, we compare, and contrast, pay attention to what is important, neglect what we fear.
