We need to figure out how to incentivize the inverse and get Americans to move into blighted Democratic shit holes and repatriate them on the cheap into light industrial or even agricultural bastions of western modernity. Imagine bulldozing entire formerly black neighborhoods in Illinois walling it off and setting up shop like a bunch of mormons in Mexico. Could be a fun way to offset the liberal leak into conservative states.
