Apple products are great. You might not agree but you would be wrong.
Apple products ~were~ great. They are currently not great, and likely won't be great again for a while.

The magic of Apple products has always been a combination of hardware and software. Years ago, Apple had the best of both. These days, they barely have one. And unfortunately with the other in the poor state it's in, things aren't looking good. Recently I had the occasion to buy a new primary machine. And for the first time in my life and over 40 years of experience with Apple, I chose another route. And I am not sorry. I likely will not go back to Apple for some years, if ever.
I have the displeasure of helping people who have them. They have so many problems. They used to be good in the old Macintosh days.
