I dunno...food. Today i had pizza w vegan cheese, "just egg" and peppers and onions on a sandwich. And a cookie from the local bakery; it's my last day of vacation. During the work week i usually make a big skillet of corn and beans and slap it on a tortilla for lunch. Mixed veggies in there, salsa. Cereal in the morning w soy milk. Sometimes a bagel.

Rice and sweet potatoes a lot. Vegetables in general. Tofu. Seitan things.

Doesn’t sound like you can eat that and not become a lardass. I’ll need to look into it.

I’m assuming you workout every other day.

5 or 6 days a week. I have a morning cardio routine and lift. Today isn't my usual diet bc im on vacation, tomorrow's back to delicious discipline and general ascetisms.
