It can be disputed what constitutes a superpower, but generally offensive nuclear capacity is defining a military superpower, as well as enlisted and reserve army capacity; enlisted ~ 1.45 million, reserve ~ 1.15 million = the worlds second largest armed forces and they're ranked 4. as a military superpower based on overall capacity on all factors..

On several other scales however, india is to be considered as a shithole country, not looking to better itself by 2025..
