"And, according to the Lord's command, the king did force the believers to work and pay for all non-believers and those who do not work. Some of the believers then waivered in their faith, questioning if this would lead the Lord's kingdom on earth to become non-productive, or if this would effectively turn the believers into slaves.

The Lord then showed he is truly the Lord, and he did smite the doubters when the King's servants arrived with guns to detain or shoot anyone who would not comply. Those who lived then held the Lord's power in awe, and never did doubt again as they starved to death."

The Bible calls on us to be generous, to love our neighbors, to help the needy, and to better our communities, willingly. I have known zero conservative Christians who are against this, and the Right-wing conservative Christian community I currently live in does charity, volunteer work, and community projects at a far higher rate than any of the liberal urban neighborhoods I used to live in. Is your experience different?

Taking one passage of the Bible out of context to seemingly justify Communism at a very surface level is extremely disingenuous. At no point does the Bible ask you to hold the State as the supreme authority... as is always shown to be necessary to maintain a Communist economy, despite all the "stateless" rhetoric that is used to sell Communist revolutions. Speaking of economy, Communism invariably produces massive amounts of poverty, besides the vast riches held by the ruling party members (again, despite the "classless" rhetoric used to sell the revolutions). If the Bible commands us to help the poor, then Communism has shown itself to be tremendously anti-Biblical in results, every time it has been tried.

I will continue to voluntarily give my time and money to help my community, as the Bible demands of me. I will not give the state the ultimate authority over every aspect of my life, I will not have my labor be owned or the material life I've earned be taken without my consent, I will not submit to the ideologies of the resentful and envious, and I will not ignore history so that the greedy and idiotic can use my family to run an experiment that fails every time. I certainly will not entertain the idea that anti-Christians (or, generously, just morons) might convince me to take actions that lead to non-Biblical results by quoting Bible passages at me.

Communism is great if you're part of the ruling class, everyone else has to suffer in perpetuity to prop them up.
