Covid19 is simply a coronavirus and those "Covid19" pictures are not specifically covid19. The respiratory common cold looks like that.

Also, why would they use the common cold to take control? If it was some virus that actually was deadly it might hurt some evil rich fuckers that are taking total control of the masses.
