The Christian baker won his case, he's still being harassed with lawfare to this day though, the left supports violating him.
The distinction in law should be the difference between private and public, the christian baker is a private citizen he owns his business it is his property and an extension of himself, a private corporation, forcing a private citizen to violate religious beliefs is a violation of his religious liberties.
Forcing a public corporation to recognize the same inalienable, God given rights as the government is required to recognize by our bill of rights is not a violation of religious liberties it is a victory for the rights of private citizens. Further, such victories already exist in Marsh V. Alabama.
Nobody is taking the case to defend freedom.
