Right, so subsidising reproduction is bad. It breeds out the most capable and responsible and promotes the most irresponsible and incapable.

But you can't control who breeds using monetary constraints. If it's expensive, White people just stop breeding because they can make rational financial decisions, but niggers will carry on.

Sure, if you got to the political position where all support for families was removed and everyone who failed ended up in Victorian workhouses, then that would have an effect. But if you can achieve that politically, then you'd be better off removing the niggers and jews from your society and letting social dynamics create the best outcome.
