If a politician is giving you something for free, it means they're taking money from you and giving it back to you with strings attached.
Even if it's not for free. There is no situation where a politician is giving you something that wasn't forcefully taken from you or someone else.
And if it's a mass program that applies to the entire country, then there's no way it didn't come from you.
