There's no way we're going to agree on this. A dictator would only work as long as I agreed with his views... I don't need a dictator to tell me what is good for me. Like, let's say rap music is banned due to it being seen as degenerative and working against our people. But I have the mental fortitude to enjoy an artist or song or whatever and not turn to degeneracy because of it.
