This mindset is the result of a process. It's not like the consoomers just woke up like that one day. They see the details of life around them. Seeing the state of modern women makes the escapism very appealing. That's just one thing. Tons of details of modern society are similarly shitty. I'm not surprised that consoomerism gets so much attention. Cultural reform is needed. It starts with bringing back arranged marriage decided by fathers.
