Face and neck tattoos are only a widespread thing because the welfare state allows these parasites to live their entire lives without contributing any work whatsoever to society. Because no one except maybe a pot dispensary or a bar would even think about hiring someone with such poor decision-making skills literally written all over their faces.

Also, no way would tattooed niggers make good school desks. You can't even kneel on one for nine minutes without breaking it, let alone sit on it for six hours.

This is the guy, in 2017 after he was in court for attempting to steal a tray of donuts and had not as many tattoos.
