Buy it now, it’s only going up. Just bought 9 sheets of plywood, was 41$ a sheet last week now it’s 45$

Hmmm. So lumber prices will kill new home construction leading to a surge in used home sales and price increases. The cost of the mortgage lenders packaged MBS will be higher. Which means the fed has to print more money per month. Which means more money for bank speculation which drives the price of lumber higher.

They have figured out how to fuck the people for all they are worth.

EDIT: That feedback loop just leads to poverty and ultimately starvation.
