I don't think you could be sued. I'm pretty sure they just supply those carts for convenience. Otherwise, why wouldn't every business have them?

I'm just assuming in this clown world, you'd be sued if it isn't accessible to fat fucks. Current law would protect you but current law should have protected a lot of people that have been sued or gone to prison.

I would think the traditional way of rolling the wheels by hand is more ergonomic. Its impractical to have your arms raised like that for extended periods of time.
