Don’t get me wrong, it has some good info on how to spot red flags, how to build your wealth, how to improve mental health and physical fitness, etc., but I see so many guys taking it to the extreme and just giving up or hating on women.
My philosophy has always been to seek understanding, not hatred. Understand women, understand jews, understand blacks, etc. and adapt, overcome.
