I used to be like that, now I dont give a fuck. I say what's on my mind, and because of this they are making it harder for me here. They cant do shit though, so I'll keep interjecting into conversations when I hear bullshit or nonsense and give my opinion. People stay away from me, which is great, now I dont have to deal with small talk and people get out of my way if I'm walking down the hall. I'm so much more productive and efficient this way.
