That’s funny I just ate a banana. Iv never been able to do a pull up in my life. Even when I was big. I could run for miles and miles. Bench and squat a few hundred pounds. Still couldn’t do a pull up. I’m working on that right now. I find dips and pull ups are some of the best things to work on. I was doing a lot of push ups before I got a gym membership. I had a “prison” work out all I had was some dumbbells I wanted to make sure I was gonna keep up with it before I went and got a membership and I did so I did.

In order to do pull ups, you need to master the pushups and situps first. That's why they are the basic part of the program. Everything builds upon the pushups and situps. Start with the core, pectoral and abdominal, and work your way out.

Once you can do 1 pull up, 10 is shortly behind.
