Yea I need advice. Lower body is easy. 5 lifts and abs. Simple. Upper body there’s like a million lifts you can do. It takes me like 4 hours to do them all and I still feel like I’m missing something
I just look at a muscle group and do a lift that makes those muscles feel sore
That’s what I try to do. Just leave when my arms feel Like rubber. I can never make my chest sore though.
It's easy to mistakenly be using triceps/biceps inadvertently on chest lifts
When I'm not feeling it I lighten the load, and really mentally focus on my pecs. Try and take your arms as much out of the equation as possible and make sure your chest is what's doing the work
