Whats the etymology of the term 'loxism'? From where does the term originate? Looking it up just gives me the same answer in multiple places of what it means, but not where the term comes from. All I find from the base term lox is that is it a food. A fillet of brined salmon, which I guess is a jewish food?

The concept of “Loxism” first generated chatter on the internet in 2005, during discussions among Europeans about an op-ed by Thomas L. Friedman, who is Jewish, in the New York Times about the London bombings that July 7.

But search interest peaked in August of 2006, when an antisemitic broadcast discussed the establishment of the Yale Program for the Study of Antisemitism as the “Yale center for Loxism.”

Yale announced the creation Tuesday of the first university-based center in North America dedicated to the study of anti-Semitism.

Basically it's an indirect way of pushing racism by playing the victim. And of course they were always the victim of Europeans and Christians.
