I don't have any stats, but not killing the nigger leaves an open door for interpretation & empathy; likewise, with a mag dump. Either, "you didn't have to shoot him." Or "You just wanted to murder him." I'd say they're about on par with each other. Basically, you have to be really good, or really lucky, so train & practice (if you can ever find ammo again).
