White people stopped having children because the labor market is saturated by employees willing to work for less (that's got a lot to do with immigration, both legal and illegal). Couple that with women in the labor market and there is no incentive to have children unless you believe being reduced to poverty for 20 years is somehow an ideal worth living for. Also, 20% of Georgia's prison inmates are there for unpaid child/spousal support. My point by that is that men don't want to have children because they don't want to take the risk of being thrown in prison because their idiot wife one day watched an Oprah interview, read about the "gender pay gap" on Facebook and went on an SJW rage and tanked their family and now she wants to extort him in the family court system. Of course all women will say they would never do that... yet so many do. Women have no incentive to eradicate this problem because they financially benefit from it (for now). Want to increase white birth rates? Eradicate globalism, free trade, importing of goods, immigration, and encourage women to be mothers, deport all the illegals and their anchor babies from the last 50 years, and stop letting women work. White people have children when they feel financially secure. That's it.
