That depends on who they are surrounded by. Women are followers, looking for attention and approval. They will lean whichever way provides that. The only time a woman is "unfixable" is if they have gained *followers*. When you put a woman in a leadership role it solidifies whatever nonsense got them there because it continuously provides that needed acceptance.
