Look, alcohol can be fun by itself, it can help you socialize and deal with people, and it can also fuck up your life. I can personally attest that it does all these things, and I dont use it anymore,

I agree. Alcohol, and other surpessansts, for tbar matter, seem like the ultimafe solution to the introvert. In the end, they give a false sense of sociability, at the cost of actual deep interactions. I wish I never had alcohol or any downers. On the other hand, without alcohol, sould I be the peron am today? It is a double edged sword.
