Softskills have always been harder to teach/train then hardskills.

You should be able to teach anyone how to do your job or you shouldnt be doing your job. Cross training to fill any role in a team environment is hella. Supervisors who can perform and develop a team in the IT industry tend to migrate with their team into new prospects is a trend so far as my real world experiences. These Corporations can get themselves into a glorious clusterfuck when the entire staff disappears. Many work both jobs until they are happy with the income flow to cut the Mega Corp and start there own LLC.

And yet the first 2 pages of a joogle search result are for click ad cookie embedding sites with 18pt type and five sentences in between advertisements. And if you have an adblocker you are banned from that site.
