It's a kind of true. African countries are really poor. The only reason nowadays there is a big development over there, because of Chinese loans, and investments in exchange of their natural resources, and lands. A lot of Africans still live as tribes.

I think the chinese will leave due to compound Nique Fatigue. They can't keep niggers from breaking their trucks or stealing their pipes. They can't even get descent chickens over there.
