Kess was cute, but she was also super insane. Probably still is. Yeah, Kate Mulgrew - cool how her character basically has the same first name.
I kinda liked 7, but then... yeah, boobies.
Oh yeah, the actress that played Kess was completely mental. If I remember right they wrote her off the show cause she had a bad drug habit and a seriously bad attitude. After Picard, Janeway is my favorite captain. And yeah, them tits man.
They always publicly stood by her at the time, which seemed like a pretty class act. She had to be a handful.
Pff. KIRK is the best captain, you nincompoop! I FITE YOU!!
But Janeway totally grew on me also. At first, just like every time I started out thinking MEH, not as good as [last captain]... and with her I thought "She's just being Catherine Hepburn!" ...but that's just how she is, so yeah. Turns out she was a great character played by a capable actor. Can't say that about this current so-called "Star Trek" abomination... fuck that show, right in the eyehole.
Are you referring to the show about the spqce niggers and their flying mushroom or the one with Professor X dragged out of the geriatric ward?
Kirk is #3 IMO. And I'll fight a Gorn in the desert before I budge on that one.
Lower Decks looks like its actually good. I've watched a bit of it and was not disappointed.
The thing about Voyager is that they're on their own and so far out that no one would even ever know if they got shady. Think Equinox.
As much as there are a shitload of great episodes, Counterpoint and Year of Hell just exemplify her character. Janeway was a badass and Mulgrew played her perfect.
