Trump has condemned the actions at the Capitol and emphasized peaceful demonstration and is pilloried nonetheless. I expect most of those Boomer looking types who turn out for Trump would not endorse property destruction, they want to MAGA not Burn Loot Murder. They are condemned and attacked nonetheless.

I think the evidence from the Capitol speaks for itself, that mob mentality quickly takes over. And as for murder, there are many folks here who see violence as a solution. Do you? That covers loot and murder. It’s hard to say who thought planting bombs was a good idea, but that covers the burn. The “situation” at the Capitol was akin to a chimp out.
The scenes at the capitol were unfortunate but more consistent with antifa modus operandi than a large gathering of Trump supporters which leads me to believe it was the action of agent provocateurs wearing MAGA regalia. The deep state could afford the entire cast of characters who strolled through the halls of power. It was hardly a sustained assault. I, like most sane people, do not want any violence. I want peoples God given rights to be respected. It is an unfortunate truth that some people resort to violence seeking to take those human rights

It’s not even close. This interview is from June 18, in the halcyon days of CHAZ, just before people were getting shot. The week or two before there were protests in my area where literally nothing happened but a bunch of morons walking around and then gathering to say stupid things.
