Tbh, she shouldn't have been in there, it was DS / law enforcement bs that purposely wanted them inside, to justify even more draconian authority overreach.

As well as not being inside, she sure as fck shouldn't have climbed up in the window, WTF do you think you're doing up in the window frame of a barricaded door to a hallway with an armed guard right there.

According to a SCOTUS ruling (that I saw on an old constitutional website years ago - that I can't find referenced anywhere anymore) from the 1950's, Law enforcements only actual duty is "... to protect judges and politicians" , and that is accomplished by ensuring the status quo of governmental authority by enforcing the rules and regulations set forth by Political/ Judicial legislation.

Any unwarranted loss of life, especially someone that at first look seems like a god loving, conscientious patriot, is regretable and completey unnecessary.

How do you reconcile shooting a clearly unarmed woman that is not a threat? Deadly force is the last resort -- could he have not just subdued her instead? Looked like a big guy.

I don't justify it at all, didn't need to happen, however if we want to be consistent by telling others 'they shouldn't have broken the law, they shouldn't have resisted, they shouldn't ran etc etc', then she clearly shouldn't have been in there trespassing, nor climbing up in a fcking window frame of a barricaded door where there is an armed guard on the other side pointing a f King pistol directly at her. Can you answer, why she was up in the broken window of the door?? Serious question, bc they certainly didn't shoot anyone else in there given the opportunity...

No telling from when the video started, but it was long enough for those other simps to bust out all the windows, including the framing on the door shes climbing into .. So my real question - What is she doing climbing up into the window frame of a fcking barricaded door ??
