Normies believe anything the tv tells them. The true voaters (I was a 5.5yr nigger faggot) didn't hate or want others banned. You believe in something, good! Tell my why. Those we hated/banned were those restricting free speech/thought -- aka v/canada mod, those that made 20 alt accounts and went through the logins to upvoat the other 19 etc. etc. I personally disliked all the q (great awakening) stuff but I would only downvoat replicates from the same article. I even up voated some of their shit. I personally believed that they had taken the first redpill and on Christmas Day 2020 they were anti-jew, pro-white, and wanted America to be the best.
Not a surprise voat got purged. Matter of time before this place does too.
Voat refugee as well.
There was something black about what voat had become. Infiltrators and black pill dealers had taken over large swaths of the site and they only used truth to spread despair and doom.
In my opinion voat had become a very popular watering hole for all sorts of different animals. And a significant number of them were downright treacherous.
Is hope and change the opposite of despair and doom?
I completely understand your post but obama's 2012 slogan gave lots of us confidence things were going to get better (myself included). They didn't and trump came along saying all the right things.... nothing got better.
Sometimes you need to see the dark before seeing the light.
Plenty of reality here. It's not anything close to the good natured delusion of Thedonald.win.
But voat was different. It was like the culture for many people was to be as dark and disturbing as possible. And, in my opinion, eventually no more good can come from that sort of of place. I think a lot of the darkest posters there were shills just following programs, slowly dripping ink in the water.
I think the situation with downvoting here makes it more difficult for them to run that sort of despair creating programming.
I've been enjoying it. Though I do wish it was more populated.
