I've been doing this exact therpy.. I am lifting 45 and a 25 3 sets of 10 pretty easy Monday bumping up to 45 a 25 and a 10.. goal is 2 45 plates per side 3 sets of 10 easy thats good enough increase reps maybe.. goal is to get to 3 sets of 225 15 times.

Shitnworks feel better look better and if shit goes down I'm stronger. Jog 3 miles 3 times a week am starting on the heavy bag this week
