The idiot on the ground with the cop on his back and nearly in the traffic lane (maybe, can't really tell other than there's some white paint). I've heard and read that the idiot was originally cuffed and sitting against a wall/ledge/something and then they are like this. That implies the cop is the aggressor. I'm not saying he isn't the aggressor, but it is rare that they are the aggressor in daylight.
I find it disgusting that the second cop just stands there watching...really drives home they protect their own and won't break ranks. The idiot labeled "good cop" should be shot as he didn't do shit to calm his buddy. That's what people support when they have the blue line flag flying. Fucking idiots.
I saw the security cam footage of just before this and yes they had him cuffed and sitting against a wall before this happened. In the scene of the viral video there are also 2 other pigs behind the car out of sight of the camera pinning the nigger down, helping the one choking him.
