Board to seek legal action? LOL. If they sue Musk for that billion dollar penalty clause they'll have to undergo legal discovery. Which will reveal them as having fabricated their SEC filings, defrauded their advertisers, and breached their fiduciary duty to their shareholders.

That's levels of stupid you only see when some dealer calls to report someone stealing a kilo of cocaine. Go directly to jail, do not pass go, do not collect $1bn.
