He is 100% correct about UBI being implemented with a state controlled digital currency. The part he is missing is how they will tie it to your social credit score.

Oh, I think he's not getting into such details because that would be another topic entirely, but yeah, the ever evolving ubiquitous "eWallet" morphing into a covid passport, a defacto universal ID, with carbon credit/social credit... Par for the course.
