A lot of people take for granted how easily it could all go to shit.
What if welfare payments stopped? What if nursing homes were no longer reimbursed by Medicaid/Medicare. What if prison employees couldn't be paid?
Power grid disruptions, food and nonfood supply chains interrupted. Trash not being picked up. It's could happen. I don't think it is likely, but it could happen.
Could happen
>A lot of people take for granted how easily it could all go to shit.
Not sure if typo or what you actually meant
But yeah, there's the possibility, that this "charade" keeps going on way longer that what most people on the doom side of things have anticipated
It's also a possibility I don't rule out
There's one guy, very bright guy https://www.corbettreport.com/bigoil/ named James Corbett, who thinks that, the entire political theater, worldwide, is just a show
Like, he isn't in between, for him (sorry I can't find the podcast where he clearly says it) it's pretty much the WWF, it's mostly all fake, it's all kabuki theater, all of it
I personally find it hard to swallow, but I don't rule it out, I still keep that possibility in mind
Now maybe a controlled demolition is in the work
That's what I meant. I don't really think it is likely, but we should still prepare for it the best we can.
If the circular trade crap above with china (and others) is short circuited for a reason or another, shit goes boom
We're not there yet, but it has been shaky lately between trump tariffs and covid breakdown
But yeah, rate raise is the signal, and what could force the fed's hand to do just that, idk
