SLV is $22.20 as I make this comment and Kitco is showing spot at $24.00.
I've never seen a $10 dollar spread between SLV and spot. Usually it's only a buck or two.
Maybe I'm misunderstand your comment?
There was a couple comments awhile back on here about where to buy silver and they all charged $34 an ounce. JM Bullion was one.
I'll look into SLV and Kitco though.
SLV is an ETF, so a stock.
Kitco is an online resources for metal prices and articles.
APMEX.com is where I usually buy physical.
I do get some numismatics from the us mint as well.
Oh!
I did misunderstand your comment then.
Yes the price over spot for physical was crazy for awhile. It is still high. I just checked APMEX and they have a round for $29, so that is still 7 over spot. Too much!
Ah ok and I take it you were talking about shares not physical?
