It's a good reminder I need. The mint coins are shiny and new and neat and pure but 925 isn't bad, I just can't bring myself to buy it for silver content only, it has to be a nice looking pendant or something but they almost always need a good clean.
I've had success with aluminium foil, baking soda and near boiling water. I've cleaned a few coins with it. Line a bowl that can take the heat with the foil. Place silver in, add baking soda and water. You can use a toothbrush to really get in there. The baking soda is ok to scrub with, but it leaves micro scratches. Repeat as necessary.
